We love shooting Minneapolis senior pictures.  These were especially special to us because we have known Jordyn’s mom for a long time.  So it was a really fun session.

Minneapolis senior pictures are an exciting and special way to commemorate the end of high school and the beginning of a new chapter in a young person’s life. Minneapolis is a great place to capture these memories, with its unique blend of urban and natural environments.  We spent our time at the Mill City Ruins and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.  Both are beautiful locations for senior photos.  They also are both very different, so it was nice to get that variety.  Mill City is definitely one of our favorite spots.  We also utilized both golden and blue hour, giving the photos a variety of color.

The inclusion of her cello was really cool too.  We are music geeks, so we love when people bring musical instruments to these sessions.

Having family members involved in your senior pictures can add a personal touch and make the experience even more meaningful. Parents may want to capture their own memories of their child’s senior year, while siblings can add a fun and lighthearted dynamic to the photo shoot.  Involving family members can also help alleviate any nerves or jitters that may come with being in front of the camera. Having familiar faces around can provide a sense of comfort and ease, allowing for more natural and authentic photos.

This is why it was particularly nice to have Jordyn’s family with her that evening.  After her photos, we did a few with her sister and mom, which was fun. Incorporating family members into your senior pictures can be a special and memorable way to celebrate this important milestone in your life. So don’t be afraid to involve those closest to you in the celebration!
