Shoreview Senior Photography

This was the first time we shot Shoreview senior photography.  Reason being that Shoreview is not all that close to us.  However, it’s not so far that we won’t go to shoot photography.

The year of 2024 seemed to be the year when we were shooting the siblings of past clients.  We had shot Marcus’ sister’s photos in the past.  Both of them were great to work with.  Not only that, but his mom works with my sister. So we had a lot of things to chat about during the session.  It’s always fun to catch up with people you have worked with in the past.  Since we shot his older sister’s photos, we got to talk about what she is doing now.  It’s crazy how fast that time goes.

We shot this session at Island Lake County Park in Shoreview.  We had never been there, but Marcus picked it.  Because of that, he was able to pick out some preferred spots.  It was SO hot that day though, so we were in the shade quite a bit.  He did want to get some photos by the lake.   Despite those being in bright sunlight, we did take the time to run out into the heat to get them.  It became a fun joke at that point.  Because what do Minnesotans like to joke about more than the weather, right?

It was a great time.  Like we said, it is great catching up with repeat clients.  Not only that, but Marcus was so fun and we really enjoyed working with him.
