Minneapolis Senior Portraits

We do love doing Minneapolis senior portraits.  Or senior photography.  Or graduation photography.  There are so many names for it. Either way, we really enjoy doing this type of photography.  It’s always so much fun.  Case in point – Aubrey was a lot of fun to work with.

The coolest thing about this session was that we did night photography.  This had to do with how busy the schedule was at that time of year.  If you want a really busy time to do senior photography, pick the fall at sunset.  Especially in this location.  Saint Anthony Main is so popular for not only senior photography, but so many others as well.  So if you are in that area at sunset, you’ll see tons of photographers running around.

Due to it being so busy, this session rolled a little past actual sunset.  Aubrey and her mom were both not only fine with it, but excited about the prospect of it. For those that know our work, they know that we really love night photography.  We’ve done a lot of it in weddings and engagement photography.  However, we have only done it a couple times with seniors.  So we were very happy that they were excited about it, because so were we.
