We value carefree couples, creating memories, and enjoying the moment

Wedding: Whitney & Brent | Southview Country Club | Saint Paul, Minnesota | Minnesota Wedding Photographer

Whitney and Brent were married on an amazingly beautiful spring day at Southview Country Club in St. Paul.  The day started out very hot, especially for the bridal party, but was none the less, a great day.  I feel that we say it all the time, but these two were some of the best clients we have had so far.  They were both so much fun, as well as their families and friends.  A good amount of the day was spent goofing off and just generally having a lot of fun.  Those are the type of people that make our job incredibly easy.  They booked their wedding with Brittany and Justin, whose wedding we shot as well.  We met all four of them at a dinner in Minneapolis about a year back.  It was wonderful getting to know all of them.  The day was unique because Brittany was in Whitney’s wedding party, so she essentially got a preview of what it would be like doing photos with us.

A fun follow up is that we have done family photos with these two since their wedding.  We love doing photos with clients during different stages of their lives.  It’s a lot of fun because photographing a wedding is such a personal experience that we often wonder what is going on in their lives afterwards.

Highlights of the day:
  • The couple’s great sense of humor.  They made the day so fun.
  • One of the props at the photo booth was a Venetian mask and it made for some great photos.
  • The cupcakes were so light and fluffy!
