Abby and Sean were married at this amazing little hidden treasure called, The Barn at Crocker’s Creek.  The venue is a horse farm transformed into an event venue and it is absolutely beautiful. It made for a beautiful farm wedding. We have shot a lot of rustic weddings, but this one really took the cake. The decor, the plaid groomsmen’s’ (and ring bearers) shirts, the bride’s cowboy boots, everything made this rustic wedding that much more fun.
Abby first contacted and booked us over the phone, working with her mom to plan a good amount of the wedding, as Sean is in the military and we all know how busy that can keep people. Â So we didn’t actually meet them until their engagement session, which you can see here. Â We then found out that the farm wedding venue doesn’t advertise and simply runs on word of mouth, so it was a real mystery as to where we were going to be shooting.
The entire wedding turned out so well. Â Abby and Sean are both so sweet and fun to deal with. Â We hope to work with them again, as well as their beautiful venue.
Highlights of the day:
- The desert table! It was so well put together.
- The first look was so cute.
- Abby was cleaning her rings at the hotel in the morning. She offered to clean mine and I actually left it at the hotel. She kindly had people go retrieve it for me.
- Their reception was great. They had so many people dancing.
Thank you to all these wonderful vendors who made this day so great!
