Theresa and Zak were married on such a sunny and warm day in August! It was the complete opposite of their icy cold winter engagement session (which can be seen HERE) where the snow was up to our knees at points. We absolutely loved this wedding because Theresa and Zak were the type of couple that didn’t let anything during the day phase them. They were just very happy people and if something happened, it happened. We love that because we see so many weddings that we understand what real problems are at weddings and what problems are really nothing to worry about. It was a gorgeous August day that we got to spend with a lovely couple.
Highlights from this wedding:
The venue is right next to an old folk’s home, so you would randomly see adorable senior citizens congratulating the two of them or taking joy in watching the wedding photography
I never would have thought blue and pink would work so well together for a wedding. The colors mainly remind me of babies. But these particular shades of it looked SO good together!
Theresa didn’t have a veil and totally owned the no veil look.
They were married on my sister’s birthday, August 17. So I did weddings on both of my sister’s birthdays this year, lol.
One of the bridesmaids carried her correlating groomsmen in during the grand march (see below). I personally just love that. It made me laugh a lot.
