We love shooting Minneapolis engagement photography sessions. There are so many areas of Minneapolis that offer great backdrops for these sessions. This particular Minneapolis engagement photography was shot a couple years ago, but it was never put on our blog. I can’t imagine why for any other reason other than us getting very slammed with weddings.
Bridget and Luke met with us to shoot this really fun session at golden hour. We wandered around Saint Anthony Main, went to US Bank Stadium, and then to their former condo. Saint Anthony Main provided beautiful areas for golden hour. US Bank Stadium was a must. The two of them have a legacy brick there (see below). Their photos at US Bank are super fun because she wore a Packer jersey and he wore a Viking one. Our personal favorite spot was their former condo. As you can see in the pictures, it’s pretty much empty. They were leaving it for a new home, but wanted photos in their former home. That’s one of my favorite things ever because it is memorializing a part of your life.
The two were married at an extremely cold wedding on New Year’s Eve. Make sure to check out their wedding photography because it is so beautiful. This is another session of ours that reminds clients how beautiful at home photography is. It’s so personal and unique. People often don’t like the idea of doing their engagement photography at home. However, with a quick clean up of the house, you can have photos that are 100% you.
