Omg, a wedding at Legacy Hill Farm is an incredible thing. Especially on a fall day.
We arrived at Legacy Hill Farm extra early on Taylor and Sean’s wedding morning. It wasn’t on purpose, but it was a very foggy day and we wanted to get there safely. It was pretty cool though because when we got there, fog was covering the grounds. We LOVE fog and it made for some amazing photos before the sun cut through it.
This wedding was through a radio referral. For those who don’t know us, we do photography for local radio stations and shoot concerts and events. We have shot a number of weddings for people in the radio industry as well and they are always fun. It takes a certain type to work in that industry and those who work it know what I’m talking about. We’re a fun type. So we knew going into it that this was going to be a good day. Plus, their engagement session last spring was super fun, so we were really psyched for this.
It was a beautiful day. Being there from the start of the day until nightfall is always cool because we get a complete story of the day. Everyone had a great time and that is also so important right now.
Highlights of the day:
- Taylor’s dress and overall look gave her this old Hollywood glam look that was AMAZING.
- There were sheep and chickens on the property. Love it.
- They had a dog treat bar! They wanted to incorporate their dog, so they had dog goodie bags for the guests’ pets. Our dogs loved it.
- And just so the dogs didn’t have all the fun – they had SO many deserts. The cookies and cupcakes were SO GOOD!!!
