Jess and Caleb’s engagement photography session at Lebanon Hills was an absolute blast!  The couple, along with their two furry best friends, Oscar and Ali, lit up the park with their love and playful energy. It was a sunset photoshoot to remember.  And not just because of what happened.  Also for what didn’t happen.

Originally, this was supposed to be shot on Sunday of this week.  However, it was forecasted to snow on Sunday, and it did.  We moved it to Thursday, as Minnesota was having summer in April.  We shot this during an 80 degree evening.  It was so beautiful.

From the moment they arrived, Jess and Caleb were grinning from ear to ear.  Lebanon Hills is extremely picturesque.

Jess and Caleb were so as fun and playful.  They snuggled up and stole kisses whenever they got the chance. It was clear that they meant to be together.  We were just lucky enough to be there to capture the magic.

But let’s talk about that sunset.  As the sun began to dip below the horizon, the sky lit up with shades of pink, orange, and red.  It helped create the most stunning backdrop for the photos. It was like something out of a dream.   Jess and Caleb couldn’t have looked more perfect in that light. We were practically jumping for joy behind the camera.  We knew we were capturing some truly unforgettable shots.

As the photoshoot wrapped up, we were all grinning from ear to ear.  The two added their dogs, Oscar and Ali to the mix.  They were so fun.  We love when people bring their pets to shoots.

In conclusion, Jess and Caleb’s sunset engagement photography session at Lebanon Hills was an absolute blast. With their furry best friends by their side and the beautiful golden hour, it was a celebration of love, playfulness, and joy. We can’t wait to see what they have in store for their wedding in September, but we know it’s going to be a so much fun!
