Senior Photoshoot in Minneapolis

This is one of of our many senior photoshoot in Minneapolis.  The city has a perfect backdrop for senior sessions.  Saint Anthony Main is no exception to this rule.

Saint Anthony Main

The Saint Anthony Main neighborhood is a charming spot in Minneapolis, right along the Mississippi River. It’s a mix of old and new, with historic buildings. The area has a cool, laid-back vibe. You’ll find trendy cafes, unique shops, and a few nice restaurants. It’s also home to the famous St. Anthony Falls. The Stone Arch Bridge, which connects to downtown, is just a short walk away and offers amazing views.

The neighborhood has a lot of character, with cobblestone streets and old mills that have been repurposed. If you like outdoor activities, you can enjoy walking or biking along the riverfront or catch a movie at the historic Saint Anthony Main Theatre. It’s a great place to spend a few hours exploring.

The Session

We had a great time working with August.  He was really easy to work with.  One of the things that we loved is that one of his outfits was a little fancier, with a dress shirt and tie.  We have seen this more frequently in the last year and it really adds to the photography.  I love when people do a casual and a formal outfit in any photo session.  It’s a great way to really have variety in one session.   That way, people can use the photos for many different things.

He and his parents were awesome.  One thing I think is always so funny is the amount of times we get asked if we can take a photo with the parents during a senior session.  Our answer is always, “Of course!”  They aren’t on here, but we got a few of him with his parents by the river.  Which is always nice.
