Riverbend Venue at River’s Edge Wedding Photography

This is the first time we have ever shot Riverbend Venue at River’s Edge wedding photography.  It’s a fantastic rustic venue in New Richmond, Wisconsin.  Many may not know, but we photograph in Wisconsin as well as Minnesota.  Most common, it’s on the western side, like Hudson, Somerset and more.  But we have shot in Madison, Milwaukee and more.

Ashley and Scott are such fun people.  They booked with us on a shorter notice this year.  She actually had followed us online for years, which is really cool to us.  We all have people like that.  We shot their engagement photography on a very cold day in Stillwater.  It’s nice that they are getting married in June so we can work with them on a warm day.  The two of them have been together for fifteen years.  So that was certainly brought up a lot at the wedding.  All their people were so much fun.  Their kids were great. It’s always awesome when everyone is wonderful to work with at a wedding.  You just feel like you’re hardly working.

Highlights of the Day:

• Instead of wearing suits or tuxes, all the guys wore flannels with jeans and boots.  We love weddings like that.
• Donatelli’s did their catering.  If you have never had Donatelli’s and like Italian food, you’re missing out.
• Everything ran early.  I know, what???  That never happens at a wedding.
