Apple Orchard Engagement Photography

I feel like that there is really no better way to start the beginning of September than shooting an apple orchard engagement photography session.

We met Cody and Elyse on a very warm September morning at Ferguson’s Minnesota Harvest apple orchard in Jordan, Minnesota.  They had wanted to do an apple orchard session.  We loved this.  I’m a huge fall person.  So if you ever want to do an apple orchard or pumpkin patch as a location, I’m game.

We have worked with Cody’s family many times.  This will be the third wedding with their family.  That’s always so much fun.  When we met with them for their consult, he was already in our portfolio from another wedding.  They are getting married next August and we are so excited to work with all of them again.

The two of them were such troopers during this session.  It was nice when we got there, but it suddenly got super humid.  They both had fall style outfits and then the fancy ones.  They looked so great and matched the season.  We always love that.  It makes photos look great.

Next week we will be shooting at another apple orchard, so it is indeed the fall season!
