This was such a fun wedding.  I’m a total book nerd.  So a book lovers wedding is a great day for me.  This isn’t the first book lovers wedding we have done.  It most likely won’t be the last.

Jamie and Kyle were a delight to work with.  The two were both as into pop culture as us, which makes the day great because they were so relatable.  They had a book theme going in their wedding, which I just loved.  As you can see, they had books as their centerpiece, as a cake, a typewriter on the place settings table, and had us do a Harry Potter photo for them (see below).  When we did their engagement session earlier in the year, we had no idea how much fun this day was going to be, as they are so similar to the two of us.

One of the crazy things about this day was that Kyle had been shooting a music festival the same weekend.  He came home from Wisconsin that morning, drove to the wedding, shot the wedding with me, and then drove back to Wisconsin that night.

Highlights from the day:

• They wanted us to do a Harry Potter manipulated photo for them.  Their bridal party had wands and we made it look like a battle photo.
• Their cake was shaped like a book
• They had books as their centerpieces
• They had book and writing related details, such as a typewriter for decor
