I mean, who doesn’t love going to a photography session with Pugs at it?  We love Pugs. So when they popped out of the car at this session, we were ALL about it.  The other thing about this session, the sky!  All the color you see in the sky is real.  But we’ll get to  that in a second.

Christine and Trent are getting married next spring.  Their wedding planner actually reached out to us when they were looking for photographers.  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, get a wedding planner.  They make your life SO MUCH EASIER.  I can’t say it enough.  Although we spoke on the phone a lot, we met them for the first time at their engagement session.  It was pretty crazy because it looked like it was going to POUR rain.  If you look at the first few photos below, that was golden hour, to begin with.  It was like that for a while.  However, about thirty minutes in, that darkness in the sky turned to a beautiful golden.  We love it because there are such contrasting tones in these photos, which makes for awesome variety.

These two were really fun to work with.  We loved their second outfits SO much!!  They fit in with the environment and light perfectly!  And if there is something photographers are nerds about, it’s all those things fitting together.  So overall, it was just a really great night.   We look forward to working with them again in the spring.
