Mill City senior photos are awesome. That’s just it. The location is very unique. If you don’t know it, it’s ruins of what was once the world’s largest flour mill. That may sound crazy to people who haven’t seen it, but it’s really cool. That’s why we do so many Mill City senior photos. The spot is very much asked about.

Gia is the daughter of friends of ours. Her father was actually the DJ at our wedding in 2007. So we have known Gia and her little sister since they were very small.  We just photographed her sister’s senior photos.  Time is moving so fast. Doing senior photos for the family is awesome. They’re all so nice and this session was really fun.

We did photos in the ruins as well as around the Guthrie Theater. That’s another thing that is so nice about that particular area. It’s got a million different looks. You turn one way and it’s all nature and the river. Turn back and there are ruins from a flour mill. Go down the stairs and you’re within the ruins. Turn another way and you’re on the city street with the theater beside you. Because of this versatility, it makes for an amazing senior photography area.
