Centennial Lakes Park Summer Evening Engagement Photography

Summer evening engagement photography is amazing.  It’s simply beautiful out and has such a peaceful aspect to it.  Even in this busy park, we had so much fun with Rachel and Isaiah during their engagement shoot.

We really lucked out on this particular evening.  It rained very hard every other night that week.  We had already had to reschedule another session due to rain.  So we were watching the weather very closely and were very excited about this.  We met them at Centennial Lakes Park in Edina. We have been doing multiple sessions there as of late.  It’s a gorgeous place to shoot, which often surprises people, as the park is literally in the middle of the city.

Rachel and Isaiah booked with us about a week before this session.  They wanted to get their engagement photography done fast because they are getting married in March.  That’s another reason why we were so glad the weather cooperated with us.  We wanted to ensure they didn’t have to wait long for their photos and they honestly couldn’t have asked for a better night.

The two of them were so fun to work with.  We are really looking forward to working with them on their big day. They are going to be getting married at the Semple Mansion, which is a venue we really love photographing.  With them being such fun people, it’s going to be a great combination and the day will be awesome!
