Puppy Photography at Lebanon Hills Regional Park

Okay, who doesn’t like puppy photography?  This session was SO fun!

We have photographed Jana and Paul so many times.  The first time we ever worked with them was their very cold engagement photos at the University of Minnesota.  Following that, we photographed their wedding, family photos, and multiple sessions to simply update their photos. When they contacted us to do photos with their new puppy, we were all in.

One thing we did not know is that their puppy, Cedar, is a Golden Retriever.  I had a Golden as a kid and just LOVE them.  We got out of the car and saw them, then Cedar.  As soon as I saw Cedar, I ran and scooped him up.  I NEVER do that.  Can’t believe that something possessed me to just grab and cuddle that puppy.  He was so snuggly and cute.

It was actually quite foggy and chilly that morning, so we were all a little apprehensive.  But after seeing each other again, plus the puppy, it was so much fun.  It is wonderful keeping up with clients after their weddings. These two (now three) are some we are always so excited to catch up with.
