Urban Growler Wedding

Ah, a brewery wedding.  We haven’t shot one of those in a long time and they are always so fun.  Shooting an Urban Growler wedding is especially fun. It’s a cool little spot in Saint Paul that makes for a unique atmosphere.

Onto Kerrie and Jon!  These two are so like us, it’s hilarious.  When we first met, I swear they talked to us about the wedding for maybe fifteen minutes out of the almost two hours we talked.  What did we talk about in the meantime?  Star Wars, Harry Potter, the like.  They have a dog named Albus Dumbledog.  He is SO cute.  Check out their engagement photography for photos of him.  He’s just a doll.  Speaking of the engagement session, it was at sunrise.  They used lightsabers.  It was awesome.

The wedding was so much fun.  It was one of those days where everyone is just so fun and chill at the same time.  I feel like everyone involved just had a great time.  There’s no way you couldn’t have.

Highlights of the Day:

• When they did their first look, Kerrie put in Dracula fangs to make Jon laugh.  It was so funny.  It’s so hard not to laugh before the first look when people do stuff like that.
• The had rings from Star Wars Fine Jewelry.  Their rings were so cool!
• We did photos with lightsabers as well as string lights.
• They plan on going to Disneyworld for their honeymoon so they can make it there for May the Fourth.
