Glenhaven Events Wedding

Anne and Danny were married on a warm August day in Farmington, Minnesota. We have done a lot of Glenhaven Events wedding photography in the past and were happy to back there again. One of the awesome things about Glenhaven is that they seem to be updating it all the time. Every time we go there, there is something new. This time, we worked in a gorgeous brand new bridal suite. It was SO pretty!

This day was far different than the last time we worked with Anne and Danny. When we did their engagement photography, it was SO COLD. So it was a nice switch. We met Anne and Danny last year when they booked with us. The two of them are such sweet people. They just wanted to have the best day. And the best day it was. Everyone was really fun, from the couple to their families and the band. We love days like that.

Highlights of the Day

They had a band! Honestly, we just LOVE when weddings have bands. It makes for such a fun vibe. Plus, it’s a great way to get people on the dance floor.
There was shaved ice. So good on a hot summer day.
They requested film photography. For those not in the know, we offer film photography on top of the digital. It’s such a gorgeous addition to the day.
Anne’s dress was so cool. It had a total Gatsby vibe to it. We love unique dresses.
Their dance was choreographed.
Danny sang to her at the reception.
