So this was a pretty cool wedding to shoot. It was pretty much the ultimate DIY wedding.
Bobbi is my little cousin, who I was really close to growing up.  So I was super excited to shoot her wedding.  Then it turns out that Graham, her groom, is friends with a ton of our friends.  So we pretty much liked him right off the bat. We shot their engagement session the prior year and they were just so much fun to work with. Bobbi and Graham were married at her parent’s house, a place where I spent a lot of time at as a kid.  They literally transformed their barn so she could have her reception in there.  As you can see below, the barn is not the dirt floor old building that it used to be.  They did an amazing job with it. Bobbi created all the centerpieces and the details – it was amazing. That’s why we consider it to be such a DIY wedding.
They had so much fun with their wedding. Â The both were so easy to work with. Â Bobbi used a Groucho Marx mask during their first look (see below) which was just so great. Â Right as the ceremony was going to start, it POURED. Â Like, a down pour. Â It only last a few minutes though and then the sun came out and the day was perfect.
