Afternoon Engagement Session at Lebanon Hills Regional Park
Amanda and Chris’ afternoon engagement session at Lebanon Hills Regional Park was full of fun, personality, and little surprises. Not only did they bring their playful Lab along, but they also showed off their adventurous side with a tandem bike!
Their dog, a playful and energetic Lab, added an extra dose of joy to the session. We always love when people bring pets to sessions. Photography can be a little nerve wrecking for people. What calms you down like having your favorite little animals alongside you? And then there was the tandem bike! Amanda and Chris looked right at home as they pedaled together. It was clear that riding a tandem bike was something they enjoyed together, working as a team and enjoying each other’s company. The bike was a great way to showcase their playful side and their shared love of adventure.
This engagement session was supposed to take place a month earlier, but they had to cancel. When they were able to reschedule, it was basically major crunch time in the photography world. Why? It was the time of year when the sun was going down WAY earlier. Not only that, but it was the fall. In Minnesota, everyone wants photos in the fall. So we actually shot this at 3:30 in the afternoon because we had to run downtown after it for another session. Super busy day.
Amanda and Chris are getting married next year and we are very excited to be working with them again. They are both just really kind people. We felt like they were so considerate when we worked with them and those are the best kind of people to work with.
