Dellwood Country Club Wedding Photography
Okay, we LOVE a Dellwood Country Club wedding. We have now shot there multiple times, so getting to go there again is a total treat. The location is an ideal wedding venue offering a blend of elegance and natural beauty. The club is perfect for not only outdoor ceremonies, but indoor as well. Plus, it’s ballroom is gorgeous. We love the huge fireplace. When you add drapery to it, it’s incredible.
Sarah and Peter have been just an awesome couple to work with. They were referred to us by another couple. Those are the best people to work with. If you’re lucky, you get to see your past client at the wedding. It’s so fun working with groups of people like that. We first worked with them when we shot their engagement photography at Centennial Lakes Park. It was a COLD day, but we had so much fun. Despite the cold, the photos turned out so pretty. It was right before it snowed and the greens were so pretty that time of year.
Highlights of the Day:
- They had a small wedding party. Bear in mind, we have nothing against big wedding parties. They are all fun. But smaller ones are less stressful on clients and we love that.
- Sarah did all her own flowers. They were so pretty!!
- Her dress! We love when people have sleeves on their dresses.
- They did a King of the Hill wedding photo.
- They used a cake cutter that Sarah’s grandma had actually used at her wedding. It was beautiful! Her mom even showed up the photo of her grandma cutting her own wedding cake with it. We love stuff like that.
- They did their first dance right after their grand entrance. We love when couples do that.
